Shipping Options (Australia Only) We currently offer the following flat-rate shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Tracked): $10.95
  - Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days
- Express Shipping (Tracked): $14.45
  - Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been dispatched.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase. You will be notified by email when your item is on the way.
Packaging We ship all earrings in secure, eco-conscious packaging suitable for gifting and safe transit. Items are packed with care to protect their sentimental and material value.
Shipping for Donations If you’re donating an earring to us:
- You may send it in an untracked envelope (at your own risk)
- Contact us for local drop-off/pick-up options (Newcastle region)
- Or ask us to provide a prepaid shipping label
Missing or Delayed Parcels If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@theotherhalf.com.au. We will do our best to assist you
Returns & Exchanges Due to the sentimental and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue — whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.
