  • Purchasing or adopting mismatched or matched earrings

  • Sharing sentimental stories connected to single earrings

2. Submission Terms

  • By submitting an earring photo or story, you confirm that the item is yours to share.

  • You agree we may display your submission publicly (with your permission) on our website or social media.

  • Submissions can be removed upon request by contacting us.

3. Matching & Notifications

  • We do not guarantee that submitted earrings will find a match.

  • If a visual or story-based match is found, we will contact both parties to discuss next steps.

  • Any decision to exchange, gift, or sell is at the discretion of the item owners.

4. Sale Listings and Commissions

  • If you choose to list a single earring for sale, you must provide an accurate description and asking price.

  • The Other Half takes a small commission from any completed sale to cover platform costs.

  • Final sale amounts and commissions will be disclosed prior to listing approval.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

  • We do not offer refunds for purchases unless an item is damaged in transit or misrepresented.

6. Ownership of Content

  • You retain ownership of your submissions, but grant The Other Half the right to use your content (with consent) for promotional or platform purposes.

  • We will never sell your personal stories or images without explicit permission.

7. Conduct & Respect

  • Users must interact respectfully with our community and platform.

  • Harassment, abusive language, or misuse of the archive will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to remove listings or users at our discretion.

8. Changes to Terms These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
